I just signed up for a meal subscription. What happens next?

Welcome to Habit Meals! You’re about to enjoy truly personalized meals that nourish you inside and out. Here’s what you can do next:

  • Update your food preferences.

 We can customize your meals to fit several common food preferences including vegetarian, pescatarian, no gluten, no fish, no dairy, and no red meat.

When you took your Nutrition Test, we asked about your food preferences in the questionnaire you completed. If you’d like to update them, follow these steps.

  • Look out for your new meal choices. 

Our chefs are always hard at work creating new dishes with peak-of-the-season ingredients. We roll out our latest creations almost every week, and you’ll find them on your custom menu alongside our greatest hits.

Each Sunday, we’ll let you know when your menu is ready. You’ll have until Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. PST to pick your meals. We pre-select the meals that best fit your Nutrition Plan. You can go with our choices or swap them out for other tasty options.

Your meal choices lock at midnight on Tuesday, and we'll deliver your meals the following week according to your delivery schedule.

  1. Set your delivery schedule.

You can change your delivery schedule by signing in to your account and visiting your Meals page. You can pick from two delivery days (Monday and Wednesday) and three time timeslots (before 7 a.m., 8 a.m.–12 p.m., 4–8 p.m.). If you’d like to update your schedule, please do before Tuesdays at 11:59 p.m.

Habit Insider is our customer advisory panel. If you sign up be an Insider, you’ll get a sneak peek at our new products in exchange for your feedback. You’ll also get Habit gear and three free meals per month.

We ask our Insiders to provide feedback on about two to three product concepts per month. We’ll send you digital concepts via email, and sometimes we’ll send you physical prototypes to taste. You’ll fill out a survey about each one, which will take you about 15–20 minutes per survey. To sign up, send us a message at support@habit.com.
